This House is a 3 bedroom house, situated in Openashaw just 10 minute bus ride to Manchester City Centre.
The Rent will cover the cost of all bills including internet. The house is kept very clean and tidy, which means no pets and no smoking.
The room is only for single person who wants to rent for a minimum of 6 month and is ideal for students and professionals.
The bedroom is fully furnished
You will be sharing the house with other 2 people and me but because of my job I am not a "proper" live in owner I only stay few days every month.
One month rent is required as deposit which is refundable.
