I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a 2 bedroom fourth floor flat in Salford on the edge of the city available. It is a double room and available from early September. The flat is located by Salford Central Station just a little further down from Deansgate and is easy walking distance to Market Street, Victoria Station and the Metrolink. The rent for the room will be £525 per month plus bills and council tax.

I am a professional musician doing a variety of freelance jobs around Manchester and I tend to play quite a bit in the flat so would be more suited to someone who works in the office during the week rather than at home as my schedule can be quite variable.
