Spacious ensuite room available in July & August

Hello everyone.

I'm renting out my spacious ensuite room in a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Deansgate, Manchester. The room is available from July 3 to the last week of August.

Our apartment is in a prime location, just a 2-minute walk from Deansgate train station and a 5-minute walk from Oxford Road Station. The area is vibrant with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby.

The room is very spacious and comes with its own bathroom for added privacy. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and high-speed internet. You'll be sharing the apartment with my flatmate, who is also a professional. We're both around 30 years old and enjoy a peaceful, tidy living environment.

The weekly rent is £250, which includes all utilities such as council tax, electricity, water, and internet.
