Spacious ensuite room available from August

My current flatmate is sadly moving in with her boyfriend at the end of our tenancy, so I'm looking for someone to replace her in our 2 bed 2 bath flat right next to Deansgate Castlefield tram from 5 August.

I'm Ellis, I'm 26 and a trainee solicitor. I'm from Manchester originally but only moved back here to live last year. I'm pretty easygoing and enjoy gigs, the gym, running and general sports! I like to go out and have fun and keep myself busy, and like my home to be a relaxing environment. Ideally looking for a flatmate where we can be friends as well as respectful of each other's spaces!

My ideal flatmate would be:
➡️around the same age (23-28)
➡️work in a similar industry/9-5 job (no students unfortunately or shift workers!)
➡️ also be easy going and respectful of each others spaces

For info, the flat is currently is circa £700 (your room would be slightly bigger and have an en suite) + bills coming to around £900/month all in. It's pretty spacious and very airy, with 2 good sized bedrooms, we each have our own bathroom + the lounge looks out over deansgate locks.
