The apartment is situated in a prime location, right at the corner of Newton Street and Great Ancoats Street, offering a vibrant Northern Quarter lifestyle. The building provides top-notch services such as a Concierge Reception and complimentary use of a Gymnasium. The 9th-floor two-bed apartment boasts bright interiors and spacious rooms with fabulous views across the City skyline.

I’ll be leaving my apartment by 1st August and the other flatmate is leaving by 18th of July. We already have a replacement for her.
