Room w King bed in Warehouse conversion

Im looking to rent out my room for 6 months (may consider longer term if required) whilst I am out of the country from the end of August / beginning of September (flexibility considered).

My current housemate Danny will be staying in the property in the second bedroom. Danny is an absolutely amazing person to live with. He is extremely clean and tidy. He almost always works in the office Monday to Friday, so anybody working from home would not be sharing the flat during the day. Danny tends to be a ‘chill in his room’ kind of person who rarely (if almost never) uses the living space for anything more than cooking and eating dinner. He tends to go to bed early and leave the house first thing, so whilst he is great fun, you also hardly see him! (That said he is also very sociable when required and would happily hang out / watch a film with you if you suggested it).

The flat is my baby as I renovated it all myself to a high standard. I like to keep it clean and tidy and expect the same from tenants.

The room is en-suite with a King Bed. Get in touch and we can discuss arrangements and / or a viewing. The price includes all bills etc.
