Roomate wanted in modern chill house

Hey,

Looking for a room mate to take an old house mate's place.

The property is very modern and finished well. Fully furnished with all the amenities you need. There is no mould or damp and the house stays very warm all throughout winter. Lots of plants welcomed! The shower rocks!!

There is also a spare room with a single bed in so easy for when friend's stay. The house all has a ton of storage, including a loft.

The room is a double with plenty of space and lots of storage. Also a lot of light. Landlord is happy to hang up anything you want.

The property is in the heart of Moss Side, right next to Alexandra Park and 10 minute cycle into town or right next to multiple bus links.

Looking for somebody who is very chill, relaxed and down to earth. Please be CLEAN. Happy if you are quiet, or sociable, whatever suits you. I often have people round for dinner/games nights which would be cool if you're into that. Looking for someone who is keen to share interests and time in the house, not just someone who lives in their room. This is a very calm, peaceful and enjoyable house to live in so let me know if you're interested!

Anything you want to know about me, just ask. But, I love the outdoors and climbing so often in the peak district. Loves gigs, socialising, cooking and deep chats. Vegan so a vegan/veggie room mate preferred but not essential.

Bills not included. Come to around £170 pp each month. That includes Council tax, WiFi, gas and electrics.
