TIME:
This room is available from 7 July to 24 August, you can check in later than 7 July, the time is flexible.

LOCATION:
Manchester Student accommodation Bridgewater Heights (formerly WH) is located on Oxford Road, about 15 minutes' walk from the University of Manchester and less than 10 minutes' walk from Manchester Metropolitan University.

There are supermarkets (Spar, Asda express, tesco, etc.) nearby, as well as numerous restaurants, just across the road from the popular Federal Cafe Bar!

THE ROOM:
This room is one of the en-suite rooms on the 4th floor of the apartment, which means you have your own bathroom and toilet, as well as the need to share the kitchen with four other students.

The room is about 17 square meters and includes a table, chairs, wardrobe and a double size bed. The bathroom is a shower and has a glass door separating it from the washing area. The kitchen has four induction stoves, two large refrigerators, a sink and very large storage space. And on the other side of the kitchen there is a sofa and a TV for you to rest.

This apartment has full security, the front desk and gym are located on Level G and the laundry is located on Level M.

!!! Things to watch out for:
- Guests must be students.
- Since my current roommates are all girls, I want my next tenant to be a girl, too, and not to bring strangers home without their consent (to avoid upsetting others).
- After I move out, the staff will clean the room, but there will be a fee for this.
