Nice spacious, newly refurbished room on the Ancoats/Miles Platting border just off Oldham Rd which has a double bed, desk and chair plus wall TV and high speed wi-fi.
You have access to the living room and kitchen (currently being re-fitted so lots of dust!) which has a washer, fridge, food storage, freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster and kettle.
Unrestricted parking available on the street outside and buses are every few minutes to/from the city centre. It's only a 20 min walk to Picc Gardens.
Rent includes all bills (gas/electricity/water/broadband) - subject to fair usage.
Looking for someone clean, tidy and not a party animal, its a pretty chilled quiet place. I'm also not looking for someone who does hybrid working from home.
