The rooms are available from 1st September

Bedroom 2 - double (approx 11ft x 10ft)

The back of the downstairs of the house is all open plan and there is a separate lounge downstairs as well
Master bathroom and downstairs loo
Enclosed back garden - great for BBQ's
Off road parking (space for 3 cars)

Looking for 2 lodgers who is respectful of others, cleans up after themselves, is easy going and not a party animal, non smokers only.

I like to go out for meals and a few drinks, love chilling and watching Netflix, go to the gym regularly (when I can!)

The property is close to the motorway networks for M56 & M60
Close to all the Central Mcr hospitals
Closest tram stop is East Didsbury
Closest train station is Mauldeth Rd
2 mins walk to bus stop that has 5/6 buses straight into mcr on a 10 min bus ride
2 mins walk to a massive Sainsburys
