I am looking for someone to move into this 2 bedroom Botanica gardens apartment with me!

Building comes with multiple roof Terrance, games room, gym, communal co working areas, free on street parking or secure rented parking and underfloor heating.

Apartment will be freshly painted before move in date, hoping to move in ASAP as soon as referencing is done.

A bit about me:

I am a 26 year old professional working as head of creative and brand for a fashion company. I will be working 2 days a week in Birmingham and 3 days from Manchester. I travel a lot for my work so I am not always in the country.

I am very clean and respectful and love cooking, watching some Netflix and chilling out. I am also into my fitness so would be looking to join a run club when in Manchester. I also love a cheeky cocktail at a bar or pub on occasion.

Would love to find someone that I don't have to be strangers with but will also totally respect your privacy and personal space.
