I am moving out of my flat, it will be available from July - I have a roommate so we are looking for someone to move in to take over my tenancy until it ends in February.

My roommate is 19, 20 in November and is a lovely person to live with. We would want to meet up a few times to make sure you’d get along and ideally someone of similar age.
