A very convenient student residence, reception has a pool table, study room, film room, shared kitchen and open space, just a three to five minute walk from sainsbury's and very close to the train station.

The room has an en suite bathroom, wardrobe, large study table, chairs, and lots of storage space. The size of the bed is single double (only one bed so one people live is better), and it is very comfortable for one person to sleep.

There is a laundry room downstairs, which can wash and dry clothes (for a fee), very convenient. There is also a small gym for exercise.

The rental period can be from July 12 to August 28, more than three days from rent, over the long time can have a discount! Feel free to ask me at any time!
