Double room with en-suite in Castlefield

Hey, I’m looking for someone to replace my current flatmate in our flat in Castlefield when he moves out at the end of our current tenancy in August.

The room will be available from the 14th of August and is a modern double room with your own Jack and Jill type bathroom with a bath. The flat comes furnished and has a lovely open plan kitchen and living area. The apartment building is fab, it has great amenities inc gym, co-working spaces and a roof terrace with amazing views across the city (perf for a lil drink on a sunny evening). It’s located 2 mins walk from Cornbrook tram stop and 5 mins from the canal.

The rent will be £707 and bills come to around £170 each (council tax, water, electric, wifi).

As for me, I’m a 23 yr old gay guy from Scotland. I’ve lived in Manchester two years and work in Property Development in the city and wfh a couple of days a week. In the evenings I usually go up to the gym or for a run then cook and watch some tv in the living room. Always up for going for food or drinks too! At the weekends I like going to workout classes, seeing my friends and going on the occasional night out. I’d love to find another flatmate that I can become good friends with!
