Looking for a flatmate who is:

• Clean, tidy and respectful.
• Non-smoker
• Doesn't mind background noise [within reason] - i. e. if one of us is coming home from work late, or has been out and needs to make food etc. (the rooms are pretty well insulated from sound though!)

I'm 31 and work in management in hospitality in the city centre, so my shift pattern can range from mornings to late at night. When coming home from work I think it's important to feel relaxed and comfortable in your own space, so I want the person i'm living with to also feel the same.
From cooking meals, watching tv/films on the sofa, having friends round for games night, or chilling with a good book, it's important that both of us feel comfortable around one another and also respect each others' space - no one wants to live on eggshells after all!
