Ancoats flat 3-bed (En-suite avaialble)

I'm Ellie, a Yorkshire lass in Manchester and a full time editor working in Stockport. Me and my friend have a flat we're moving into in Ancoats, I used to live there a year ago and now moving back. We have a three bed but someone dropped out because of complications with their job basically so we need a third person. The move in date is 12th July, rent is £566 a month, the building includes a gym, a courtyard and club room. Bills aren't confirmed as we don't even live in the property yet but council tax band C and the wifi is £8.33 each.

The place in unfurnished however, all you need in a bed as there is walk-in wardrobes included in every room and me and the other roommate (Cath) pretty much have everything else sorted such as sofa, tv, kitchen bits and bobs, even plants. Room's aren't decided either so an en-suite is available if that would be important to you. All the rooms are big so me and Cath aren't too fussed what we get.

Bit about me and Cath: We're both 24, Saggittarius and Aquarius and if you don't know, that means we're a bloody laugh. As I've mentioned I am an editor in Stockport essentially for an Interior design and architecture magazine. Cath is a superwoman who works in town with alcoholics and recovering addicts (it sounds depressing but she actually has some great stories every time I see her). We're both very sociable and ideally want someone who's up for watching daft stuff on the telly and scoffing pasta, I'm also really into my music and often out at gigs and love movies, add me letterboxd!
