A little about the flatmate:
I am leaving this flat and require someone to take up my room! My flatmate is remaining and is a professional in his mid 30s, he works twice a week in the city centre and three days from home.

It’s important for him to get along with the new flatmate, so he would want to meet in person beforehand either for a viewing of the flat or just for a coffee! This is an LGBTQ friendly flat.

The room will be available from the 6th August though this is a flexible date - if you need to move in earlier I am happy to discuss this with you.

The current contract you will be taking over runs until 6th of Feb 2025, with the possibility to easily renew.
