THE ROOM:

THE FLAT:
The flat is a gorgeous top floor corner flat with lovely views of ancoats. The living and kitchen area is spacious and comes with built in oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer and decent sized fridge.

THE BUILDING:
The building was built in 2020 and finished to a high standard. As part of the tenancy you have access to two roof terraces one with a social space and the other with a gym studio. There is also a co-working space located behind the concierge desk. The apartment building is accessible with lifts and ramp access on the roof. The building has a lovely community feel with people of all ages and backgrounds often hosting social activities and events such as BBQs, book clubs, wellness classes etc. Location is really central being a stones throw from northern quarter, a 15-20 minute walk to both Piccadilly and Victoria and 10 minutes from market street tram stop

ABOUT ME:
I’m 24 (turning 25 in August) and work in marketing and events. I work from home 2-3 days a week and currently work in the living room as my room layout doesn’t have much space for a desk. I’m hoping to find someone who’s clean and tidy, reliable and considerate, enjoys socialising and going out but also enjoys going for brunch, walks and a cosy night in. I’m super respectful of personal space and alone time so not looking to be attached at the hip but I’m looking for someone to be a friend, not just a housemate.
