Thank you for your interest in our beautiful top floor apartment (if I do say so myself). The apartment comes with ALL bills (Including council tax, electricity/Gas, Broadband etc) included fully furnished so you can pretty much roll out of your old bed into this apartment.

Apartment:
There is an open communal area with living area, L shaped sofa and and kitchen area with island and bar stools. There is a large bathroom with a bath and shower. We have practicality in mind and have therefore created lots of storage space around the apartment too!

We have 2 rooms available to rent :
Bedroom 1 - Large Bedroom with ensuite - £975
Bedroom 2 - Even larger Bedroom with work at home area - £925

We also own parking that is available for an additional charge.

Couples can take one of these rooms for a small surcharge

About us:
My wife and I are young professionals working in Manchester but unfortunately I am moving for some time for work. We will occupy one room in the house as this is still our main residence but we will unlikely be frequently there. If you have any questions we are very happy to answer and any changes you may have we can consider big or small.
