We are looking for a friendly, quite and clean housemate.

This mid-terrace located in a lovely green residential area of Woodford Green.

The large double room is on the ground floor which forms part of a 4 bedroom mid-terrace house, it is a 12 minutes walk to Woodford, Central Line Station.

There are 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge room to share. The kitchen looks over the back patio and large garden. Wireless internet access is available. The house is kept clean and tidy and someone who will keep it that way would be appreciated.

We are close to buses W14, 275 and 123, + the Central line which takes you from Woodford (Zone 4) - Central London in about half hour. There are local shops, a big Tesco and a gym close by. We also have an AMAZING park / forest, great for walking/running/biking close by.

All bills are included, no TV License

1 month security and reference are required.
