I am a professional male, chilled and laid back individual. Looking for a working professional/post grad student who is respectful and keeps his/her surroundings clean and tidy. No smoking allowed. My flat is safe and secure with a secured entrance.

This is a Victorian house converted into two flats and I am based on the ground floor with nice spacious garden. The property is in good decorative order and compromise of a open plan reception room with kitchen, separate bathroom and WC.

Recently renovated kitchen & bathroom with fitted cabinets for extra storage & newly fitted washing machine, gas hob, oven, microwaven, sink, new flooring as well, before the move:)

The room on rent is a double bedroom, furnished with wardrobes, desk & table and is included with all bills (unlimited wifi, council tax, water, gas, electricity). I have combi boiler, hot water instant & central heating throughout my flat.

You would have the flat for yourself some nights as I will be travelling.

Preferably looking for 12 months tenancy, however open for short let, but the rent will be a different charge.
To check the location of my property, use Google maps to see distance time and route options - post code is IG8 9QS, Chingford lane. My flat is based in between Woodford (Central line) and Highams Park (Overground), zone 4. It takes me approx 30 mins on tube to Whitechapel. Bus stop opposite my property takes you into South Woodford within 15 mins - plenty shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, bar, even Odeon Cinema 🎥 & 30 mins to Wanstead. Walking distance to Woodford high street nice café, restaurants, county pub, nice greenery walking area, lake with swans. Relaxing Sumner picnics with G&T 🍸
