Sharer for two bed flat 5 minutes walk to Station

Great 3 bed first floor flat - 5 minutes walk to station - 26 minutes into Liverpool Street.

Need one sharer to join me. One double bedroom with small en-suite available from July 2024. Small third bedroom used as a shared office space, although I don't work from home very often.

Modern flat with large kitchen, large lounge, bathroom, 3 bedrooms. No outdoor space.

Looking for someone professional who is clean and tidy. I work away a lot so you’ll have the place to yourself quite often.

I’m pretty easy going, I like cooking, gym and having a drink with friends.

Share all bills (Gas, Electric, Council Tax, water etc.,)

There is on road free parking.

It will initially be a three month contract (just to make sure we get on) which will be extended to a year. Council Tax Band B.
