We have a recently refurbished double ensuite room with decent amount of storage space and a desk becoming available soon.
THE HOUSE
The house comes fully furnished with a large shared kitchen diner and a living room with a 55-inch Samsung smart UHD TV with catch up, play back and 1 GB Ultra fast business grade internet throughout.
The kitchen has a range cooker with 7 burners and 3 ovens and all kitchen equipment and utensils are provided.
The high spec boiler with pressurised hot water system will ensure hot water is available at all times while keeping the house nice and cosy in the winter.
All rooms have smoke alarms and fire doors for your own safety.
Weekly cleaning of communal spaces and gardener as required.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The enclosed garden with patio is perfect to relax in on a summers day. It includes built in outdoor furniture, Weber charcoal BBQ and a lockable shed.
PARKING
Off street parking is available on the large drive at the front of the house which also includes secure bike storage.
