Hi girlies.

We have a beautiful double bed en-suite room in our house share for rent.

Room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe, and side table. A very clean and bright room which gets sun all day!!

Just a little bit about us and the house:

Located less than 6-7 minute walking distance from wembley park tube station (metropolitan line/jubilee line ) as well as 6-7minute bus to wembley central tube station (Bakerloo Line).

Close to main road off-licence shops and a walk away from large Lidl, tesco express, Sainsbury and Asda. Also walking distance like Boxpark, London designer outlet and wembley stadium.

Looking to find someone who is a good fit and gets along well with us. The room is available from 1st September.

2 bathrooms in the house , spacious kitchen and a massive living room. Always clean and we respect the house and clean up after ourselves and expect this from our new housemate.

- FULL TIME EMPLOYED PREFERRED

Note: please note that the price is £800 now but the landlord may put up rent but we don’t think it will be by much (we will keep you updated) :)
