Large room with garden by Upminster Station

Room for rent

Our lovely Semi detached 4 bedroom home (with large garden) is right by Upminster Station. A five minute walk away. Our home is occupied by myself (owner) and my 23 year old daughter (makeup artist) and her boyfriend - also 23 who works either from our home office or in the city. The house is large and quiet. The room for rent is our very large fully furnished downstairs front room (bed, desk, sofa, wardrobe) where you will not be disturbed. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. Both are shared. The kitchen is also shared. The house is kept immaculately clean. We do have two very friendly small dogs so if you don't totally love dogs this won't work for you as like all dogs, they do occasionally bark.

This room will suit a young professional female of similar age to my daughter. You should expect a warm and welcome home where your privacy is respected and you should of course, respect ours. We are very laid back, very busy, but very friendly :)
