We have an amazing house with large rooms, an open plan kitchen dining, a large garden, two dogs and a cat.
We have 4 people here already two kids and two adult females ( one is a lodger). The children are 10 and 14 - so I'm sorry but no friends are allowed here unless already arranged. as kids have school.
We have a great friendly house and everyone really gets on.
The room is large and has it's own TV ( need to get new remote for it) with Netflix and Youtube (only no TV channels). There's a lovely fireplace and desk.
I might consider a couple for £1000 pcm including bills.
