Cute flat in Tolworth

Hi, I'm moving out this fall so I can attend UCL in central. I'm looking for a woman/nb individual to replace me around august/September. I'm one of four living in a flat that has a shared living room and patio. It's directly above a nursery, and the landlord is responsive and helpful. The location is safe, and majority of people i pass by are parents or kids, or other university students. I live in the loft room, and have enough room for a double bed, chest of drawers, dresser, and clothing rack as well as a few decoration pieces. Rent is 650 pcm, and we are in council tax band D. My experience has been great, but its time to move on. Everyone is very friendly, and the neighbors cat also likes to stop by for pets or just say hello.
