Huge double room across Surbiton Station

Hello!

I am sadly moving to a different city and having to leave my room - looking for a tenant to take over!

The room:
Truly a massive double room overlooking Victoria High Street. Two double glazed windows, comes with two double build-in closets and a shoe cupboard right outside the room. Room is on the second floor, offers privacy and is very bright.

The flat:
Sharing with two gentlemen, one lives on the same floor, the other occupies the room on the first floor. There are two cats in the flat that only stay downstairs, but are very sweet. Shared kitchen with stand alone tall fridge and freezer, washing machine and all kitchen necessities. Shared bathroom with bathtub.

Local area:
Surbiton is a very popular and quaint location by the river, with shops, cafes and restaurants. Kingston is a 20 minute walk or 7 minute bus ride away, and Waterloo is as close as 20 minutes away by train.

I will be taking some of the furniture with me, but am happy to sell the rest to the next tenant.
