Double room to rent in a cul-de-sac kt5

I have a good size double room for rent in a spacious 3 bed 2bathroom house which is located in a cul-de-sac with a green out the front. There is also the option to rent a double room in the garden summer house if preferred.

The house is decorated and maintained to a high standard as it was once a family home. There is parking if needed.

Tolworth station is a 5 min walk with direct trains to Clapham Junction and Waterloo. Buses run regularly from the end of the road to Surbiton and Kingston (20mins away). Tolworth High St has everything you need including a big M&S food hall and a variety of shops/post office, beauty salons etc. There are plenty of local gyms ranging from budget to luxury within 5mins. It’s also situated next door to Goals (5 a side pitches) and White Spider which is a massive indoor climbing warehouse. You can get on the A3 in seconds to get to the M25 or it’s a straight road into Central London.

I'm a pretty easy going guy. I work in TV and film Monday - Friday and sometimes on Saturdays. Looking for someone who will respect down time and space but I’m also social and enjoy the odd glass (bottle lol)

I'm just looking for a decent house mate. All that matters to me is the basics i. e good hygiene and someone that will keep the place clean.
