It’s a spacious south facing double room. You'll have access to an extra closet for your own shoes and coats etc as well as garage space to store a bike should you wish to.

The flat is very much a shared living space with a large living dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a washer drier and new oven etc The Landlord is very keen that the flat is treated as your own home and looked after as if your own.
Please note the flat comes unfurnished.
The Landlords are extremely friendly and are the best Landlords I have ever had.

The flat is Situated in a peaceful block of flats with shared outdoor space.

There is off street parking that does require a permit, they are £90 per year. Street parking is free after 1830hrs and free all weekend.

You'll be sharing the flat with me 'Chelsea' i'm a friendly female in my early 30’s. I Teach for a living and love being outdoors.

The property is just a 10 minute walk to Surbiton train station, 10 minute drive to Richmond or bushy park and has frequent 24 hour buses to Kingston, Twickenham.

It is a short walk to the river Thames and local amenities (pubs/post office/ coffee shops/banks/Waitrose and Sainsbury’s etc)

Bills are additional to the rent and are approximately £200 a month.
