Hi! This ad is for a two bedroom section of my house. This would be ideal for a couple or two flatmates/individuals who can have a room each to themselves. This section includes:

- bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet)

As well as this, the property itself has a communal garden, parking space for around 4 cars on porch. The property is an end-terrace property in a safe, suburban neighbourhood with fantastic schools, green spaces, and transport links.

Redbridge Station (Central line) is a 5-7 minute walk from the property. Post Office, Pharmacy, grocery and convenience stores, launderettes all within 10 minute of property. Wanstead Park is a 10 minute walk from here.

Wifi and bills are included in the monthly rents.

Monthly rent for the whole section is £1400 with a deposit of £700.

The house is home to my family (parents plus younger brother). We live separately from the advertised section and will have minimal contact with the advertised rooms or intrusion of your privacy.
