Ensuite double room in New Malden

Hello! My flatmate is leaving London so her lovely ensuite double room will be available from 1st August in a 2 bedroom flat in New Malden. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, space for a small desk and a full bathroom. There's a shared living room and kitchen with a dishwasher and washer dryer, and an off road parking space.

We're a 5 minute walk from the high street where there's a Waitrose and a Lidl, lots of cafés and restaurants, 2 gyms and a leisure centre. Less than 10 mins walk to New Malden station and 25 mins into Waterloo so an easy commute if you work in Central. Also close to Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common.

I'm hoping to renew a joint tenancy from 1st August for 12 months with a 6 month break clause. Bills are approx £140 per month (council tax, gas and electricity, water, wifi) and the contract and referencing are sorted by an agency who are just around the corner from the flat.

I'm office based in Central and looking for a young, friendly, considerate professional who's happy to keep shared spaces clean and tidy, who's open to kitchen chats and making the flat feel like home.
