Hi, So we need 1 more person due to unfortunate circumstances of one us dropping out. In terms of money know the rent is £590 per month and bills are most likely to be somewhere between £35-£40 per month. We need £136 for the holding deposit from you and then we need £680.76 for security deposit which will need to be paid a less than a week after the holding deposit (however this may be longer). I will also need to know if you have a guarantor (This could be anyone as long as they can pay if you can’t).
