Spacious and cozy en-suite double room

Hey there!
I am moving out from this amazing place where I lived for the past one year and a half because I got a new job that requires me to relocate and I am looking for someone to replace me ideally starting with 15th of July.

You’d be sharing the flat with 2 lovely girls, Salwa and Eli that have their own en-suite bathrooms. They work full time and sometimes from home. They’re really friendly and accommodating and from time to time they like to get together and chill with a glass of wine watching TV.

This is a spacious room with an en-suite bathroom and good natural light.

Originally the room comes unfurnished, but I’ll be selling the existing furniture to you for a fee of £150 (bed, table, desk chair, chest of drawers and clothes rail).

There is no living room, but sometimes we get together in the kitchen or on the balcony outside when the weather’s nice.

There is lots of storage space in the loft of the flat which you can use should you need to.

The bills are not included, they come up to around £150 a month (water, gas, electricity, internet and council tax).
The deposit is £762.

The flat is a 5minute walk to Kingston Train Station where you can get a 30 minute train to Waterloo. Grocery stores like Aldi, Lidl and Sainsbury’s are 5-10 minutes away. The High Street is only 10 minutes away, where you have Bentalls Shopping Centre and lots of other shops. You can find everything at walking distance. The location is truly amazing.
This place really feels like home and we’d love to find someone that will treat it as such.
