I live in a 5-bedroom home, 2 blocks from Kew Gardens tube station, 2 blocks from Kew Retail and 1 block from the National Archives. My wife of 38 years passed away 3 years ago and I have an extra bedroom with a king-sized bed and 29 inch tv, separate bathroom, shared sitting room with large screen tv and shared kitchen, living room and dining room available for rent effective August 01 2024. The home also has a garden with half being a wooden deck area with a BBQ and half grass and plants.
I am 80 years old, in good health, a non-smoker, partially retired and looking for a lodger in an age range of 35-65, preferably female. My work involves strategic planning and marketing consultancy. I have a 3 year old miniature Schnauzer and am also looking for someone who loves dogs and is willing to look after mine for the occasional 3-4 days when I might be away.
My interests are in the arts, sports, travel and music and I am a member of Kew Gardens, the Royal Opera House and the V&A. I enjoy conversation, laughter, the arts, good movies and watching sports.
