Thanks for taking interest in my advert.

Moving date can be flexible in July/August if looking earlier to move. 1st September is pencilled in as University term/ Work term in to new job.. so let me know I can be flexible if I get a months notice.

I have a spacious double room furnished with double bed, in my beautiful 4 bedroom house, bills inclusive. The bedroom is on ground floor level, you will have access to private wc/shower ensuite as I have my own bathroom upstairs.

All bills are included in the rent - gas, electric, water, TV license, unlimited broadband, council tax.

The room comes with the following:
*Bed with orthopeadic mattress
*Double wardrobe with mirror
*Dressing table with chest of drawers (can place TV if you like, your choice)
*Two Double sockets on each side of the room
*Plenty storage space in the room
*Carpet in room (hoover in hallway)

Kitchen & Garden Access:
You will be sharing the kitchen, garden & have access to the living room in weekdays. My kitchen is built in with gas hob, double oven, washing machine, dishwasher machine, toaster, kettle, air fryer, plenty cupboards storing cooking utensils etc.

My property is in prime area, buses, trains nearby 10 mins walk to high road, plenty supermarket, shops, groceries available, huge tesco 24 hours, aldi on my doorstep, petrol station nearby, have parking available as well, 2 large parks nearby. Goodmayes Elizabeth line/ Newbury Park Central Line.

I prefer vegetarian, however, if you're not, I can be flexible with Fish & Chicken..

I live in my property, this is my own property, my children/grand children/friends visit me every other weekend. I like to keep my place clean & tidy & lead a busy but quite life. I enjoy my gardening & spend my time there. No smoking allowed. My house is safe & secure with locks in all room.
