Feltham room, easy commute to Heathrow

One of my house mates has recently moved on so this room is now up for grabs.
Probably suit someone in their thirties upwards though not essential. I'm a teacher over in Weybridge and tend to spend most of my spare time chasing wind along the coasts kitesurfing,

Perfect for Heathrow as the bus is a three minute walk or a sixty second mad dash if you always leave it late like me.

Thirty minutes into Waterloo... 33 if you include the sprint to the platform from the front door!

M4 and M3 super close too.

Garden out back which is nice to laze around in in the summer too.

On street parking which can be tight at times but I've never had to park more than 200m away in 10 years.

No smokers or pets please but generally quite relaxed. I don't mind passing on the number of the last people who took the rooms if you're wanting a reference about me!
Fibre broadband, washer dryer and all bills included. Bathroom is huge.
