Double room to rent

My current flatmate is leaving so I’m looking for someone to move into her room. Its a double room, furnished. We will share the bathroom (w/bath), living room and kitchen.

I’m a 27 yr old professional that grew up in Bromley and I work in SW 3 days a week (wfh Mon/Fri). I tend to spend a bit of time away from the flat most weeks, either at my parents or boyfriends. I’m clean and organised, so want someone that’s respectful and chips in fairly, to keep it a clean + cosy place for the both of us.

The flat is on the second floor. All the neighbours are pleasant and its a pretty quiet block. Off street parking and big garden area at back.

10 min walk to either Beckenham Jct or Clock House stations and bus stops all around. High st 7 min walk away.
