We are currently looking for an easy going, clean and tidy female flatmate. We have a double bedroom available to rent, in a spacious Victorian house on Stroud Road Gloucester, not far from the town centre.
There are 3 of us (1 couple and 1 female) in 4 bed house giving plenty of space. There will never be more then 2 rooms rented out at any time tho. Looking for fun and friendly female who will fit in well.
The house has a spacious kitchen, a dining area with a fireplace and a sofa, two big bathrooms and a nice back garden. There is plenty of on-street parking. Unlimited fibre broadband and all the bills are included in the price. No pets sorry.
