Two bedrooms in prime location near station

Hi,
I live in a house on Gloucester Road with my 2 dogs and have 2 rooms going up for rent..

Green Room:- Double room with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, side table and bed. £595 Inc bills. Furnished

Orange Room:- Double bed and side tables. No wardrobe or Chest of drawers as yet but will be in place for when someone moves in. A slightly bigger double.

Happy to share kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining room as a communal space.

Potential tenants have to be good with dogs and actually like dogs.

The is street parking but it can get quite busy so if you don't have a vehicle and/or work in town or commute by train then this house would be ideal.

I work Mon-Friday and spend most weekends and evenings out with the dogs... Would love to live with like minded people that take their health and progression in life seriously but can also have a joke.

Will knock £50 off the room if you work from home and can let the dogs out in the garden at lunchtimes 😊
