Small Double Room Available in Bradley Stoke House

I have a room available in my two bed house for a lodger. The area is in South Bradley Stoke and is safe and close to local amenities.

The room is small but comes with a small double bed and built in wardrobe. The house is located a 2 minute walk from the M1 and T1 bus stop, taking you directly into town or towards Cribbs Causeway. The house comes with a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and extra downstairs toilet. There is also a garden. You will have your own private parking space outside the house. Rent is £550 including bills. Council tax band B.

You will be living with me, a 25 year old radiographer. I work full time and have a pet hamster in my own room. I enjoy nights in and occasional nights out on weekends, but prefer a quiet and cosy home.

I am looking for another gal of a similar age who also works full time and not fully from home, due to my shift pattern which includes nights and weekends. Someone who is respectful of this is very important, as well as someone who is clean and tidy. I would love to live with someone who is not just a housemate but also becomes a friend 😊
