A spacious double room with an en-suite and two large closets is available in a modern house from the beginning of July near Muswell Hill. It is £750 a month excluding bills (which are around £100 per month). The room is on the top floor, and a friendly family of three live on the first floor, who you share a large kitchen and garden with.
There is a big Tesco 10 minutes walk from the house and plenty of parks nearby. There is a bus stop 1 minute from the house that takes you to the centre of Muswell Hill and to East Finchley station.
