Considerate flatmate seeks friendly Norwich home

Hey, I'm Fred, a 38 year old male looking to rent a room in the NR1, NR2 or NR3 areas of Norwich.

A bit more about me:

I've recently relocated to Norwich having lived and flatshared in London and Glasgow for the past 12 years.

I work at the well-known and well-loved Fat Cat pub, so would be out working some evenings, but am highly considerate of others and would be conscious of being quiet when coming home from work. Their closing time varies between 10pm and 12 midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

I have two close friends who have settled in Norwich, which is a pull factor to the area.

I want to live in Norwich to enjoy all the usual benefits of city life - its music, food and culture - as well as to make the most of the Norfolk countryside on its doorstep, as I like being outside. Fitness and well-being are important to me, and I enjoy walks, wild swimming and going to the gym. I’m looking forward to summer swims off the Norfolk coast and in the county’s rivers.

I'm a non-smoker and place a high value on maintaining a clean and tidy home. I'd like to find a flat where we can respect each other's need for space and also be sociable.

I can provide a reference from my current flatmate - who is also the owner of the flat and therefore my live-in landlady - upon request.

If you have a garden or an outdoor space then I’d be especially keen to hear from you, as I really like being outdoors, and a cup of tea or coffee in the sunshine is always a good thing! But not having a garden isn’t important - to me what matters most is the people you share with being like-minded and kind.
