Hi There

Firstly, thank you for responding to my advert.

Ideally I'm looking for a Mon - Fri let. If you're looking for a Mon - Fri let too, please let me know so we can discuss. For now, I've based the rent on a Mon - Sun basis as I may consider this too.

If you're looking for a calm, homely & respectful environment in which you can relax then please tell me more as this environment may suit you well.

The apartment has been redecorated throughout and is looking a bit sparce, however, refurbishment is ongoing. I am hoping to replace floor coverings in the near future. For now, I've arranged for all carpets to be cleaned within the next 2 weeks.

Here's what I am and what I’m not looking for:

1) Ideally, I'd prefer to share with another female, however, will consider a person who shares the same values as I do. These being honesty, dependability & commitment to safeguarding our shared living environment.

2) Someone who is happy living with soft ambient lighting rather than harsh overhead lighting.

3) Someone who is clean & tidy.

Due to experience:

4) I cannot accommodate anyone who smokes or is drug or alcohol dependant.

5) Someone who works from home.

What We Do Have:

In addition to a standard undercounter fridge with small freezer compartment at the top we have the following:

• Off street parking
• 1 x small additional fridge
• 1 x small additional freezer
• Secluded external seating area
• Secluded external drying area
• An opportunity to grow your own herbs, tomatoes or
potatoes in grow bags in a private Southwest facing
environment.

What We Don't Have:

1) A dishwasher. NB: I'm mentioning this because this is a `deal
breaker' for some people.

2) Sky Sports or similar package.

3) Ensuite Rooms

Amenities:

1) The apartment is within less than 5 mins walk of the Bus Station, High Street, Pittencrief Park, the Fire Creation Project, retail park and several gyms..

The train station is a circa. 10 min walk.
