We are pleased to offer the following room in our six bed house share:

🛏 Room 2 (see plan): A huge double bedroom on the 1st floor close to the main bathroom. Available for £1295 per month all bills included. Move ins are available from 27th July 2024 onwards.

🏡 The house:
Perfectly located between the Clapham Common and Abbeville Village. It is only a short walk to Clapham South Tube Station (Northern Line) with quick links to West End and the City. There is a large Tesco supermarket within 5 minutes walk and several cafes (including Gail’s), bars (The Abbeville) and shops (Sainsbury’s Local, Co-Op and boutique shops) on Abbeville Road.

The house has a large kitchen dinner with gorgeous bi-fold doors out to the garden for alfresco dining/BBQ in the summer!

Large TV. Two family sized bathrooms (one next door to the room!), downstairs WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, double locks for security and garden furniture.

🛌 The rooms
All bills inclusive. Fast Wi-fi, weekly cleaner (including your room!), iron and ironing board, fully furnished (including kitchen goods, cutlery, crockery, glass and homewares).

🔎 Room Details
TV, desk and chair (for WFH) bed with high-quality mattresses and four storage drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, full-length mirror, wastepaper basket, designer furnishings (lamps, artwork) and a weekly cleaner.

🚗Parking is also available as payable on-street, and/or applying for a permit through the council.

All of our members of the house are in full time employment, so you can be comfortable in the knowledge that you’ll be sharing with professionals.

We are the owners and landlord (and have been for 9 years!) and have a vested interest in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We are always available if you need to contact us for any reason!
