Landlord and flatmates
Tom, 30, and Leah, 23, are live-in landlords who have a room on the first floor. Tom is a financial adviser who works in Canary Wharf. He recently finshed a 3-year career break refurbing every element of the property (even the mortar was replaced between the bricks)! Leah is a Civil Servant, specalising in statistics, and works in Westminster. Both Leah and Tom have recently got into powerlifting and spur each other on 2-3 times a week in the garden gym!
Valerie, 27, lives in a Studio on the top floor. Valerie was originally from Singapore, studied at the University of Leeds and now works in tech in central London. Valerie has lived in the property since August 2023.
We also have a very friendly house cat called Beau who is about 2 years old. A few months ago she kept showing up at our back doorstep cold and hungry. We could not find her original owner and assumed she must have been abandoned so we have since adopted her. Beau loves the garden but is only allowed in a couple of rooms on the ground floor.

The perfect applicant would be an organised working person who appreciates a tidy and spacious home. Please note that the property is not a student property and is not suitable for children.
