All tenants are adults in full time employment. Not working from home. We are an international household: New Zealand, Hungary, Rumania and Sweden.

We are well connected by public transport; short walk to Wembley Central tube station and minutes from the High Street. Sudbury Town station (Piccadilly Line) is also a short bus ride away. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.

Council tax is not included it works out at £90 per month for single person (Council Tax Band A with 25% discount for single occupant).
