This professional house share was built in 2019. The mattresses on all bedrooms are SIMBA, we have a washing machine and a separate Samsung drier. The house is detached, no noise during the night.

There is a garage to keep bikes and other minor storage.

Note there is a dog living in the house. It is a mini poodle who sleeps in the kitchen during the night. We want someone who loves living with dogs.

Rent is inclusive of fast broadband AND 4 hours per month cleaner for the communal areas.
Rent does NOT include water, electricity, gas and council tax (band C).
