Spaces Double Room

Hey there! I have two spare double rooms available and I'm looking for a lodger for each room. The rooms are spacious, and the two lodgers will share one big bathroom. The house will be shared by only three people including myself, and I will be living upstairs. In addition, the house has a decent garden and a central location in Southend, just a two-minute walk to Victoria train station, the bus station, and the Victoria Mall shopping centre, a 5-minute walk to the college university, and a 7-minute walk to the seafront. The house has been renovated, cleaned, and equipped with fast internet and good amenities such as a washing machine, fridge, and oven. Additionally, the room has new furniture, including a brand-new comfy divan bed with an orthopaedic mattress for maximum comfort.

I'm an easygoing and respectful person, and I'm looking for a respectful professional with great behaviour who is clean and willing to treat the house as their own. I'm also looking to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the house, as it should be a place for rest. So, if you are not tidy or peaceful, this house is not for you. Please note that the house is equipped with a smoke alarm, so smoking inside the house is strictly NOT allowed.
