This house has just undergone a full renovation with new kitchen, bathroom, living room, carpets and bedrooms throughout! There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs WC. This home also has a large garden.

The newly refurbished sizeable DOUBLE room will be available to rent from 27th December onward. Everything is new, bed, mattress, cupboards, etc.

We are looking for nice, genuine professionals or mature students that are looking to live in a home not just a house.

There will be a shared living room area with sofa, tv and dining area in addition to a fully equipped kitchen` including washing machine. Therefore, we’re looking for lovely home sharers that get along and can maybe even have dinner together sometimes.

We are looking for someone that will be respectful of shared spaces and try and keep them clean and tidy. There is no current arrangement for a cleaner - but this can arranged if mutually agreed at an additional shared cost.

The rate is inclusive of high speed broadband, energy, water, council tax.

15 minutes to Southend Hospital

30 minute walk to seafront

8 minutes walk to Priory Park
